Pay: $19/hr
Location: Tempe, AZ | Work From Home (WFH) after 2 months of onsite training
Schedule: 6:00am - 10:00pm (8hr shift with mandatory OT at the end of the month)

Job Description
The Collections Specialist will be responsible for collecting and following up on delinquent auto loan accounts. This role combines a high-volume dialer-driven environment with manual collection efforts to ensure account resolution.
Duties:
- Maintain positive customer relations with borrowers while effectively solving problems.
- Provide exceptional customer interactions that drive results.
- Identify, evaluate, and resolve reasons for account delinquency.
- Negotiate account resolutions to minimize delinquencies.
- Meet or exceed company performance and productivity standards.
- Conduct skip tracing as needed.
- Take ownership of assigned accounts and ensure delinquency rates are reduced.
Ideal Candidate:
- 2 years of Collections experience (must be detailed on the resume).
- A genuine passion for exceeding goals and achieving results.
- Eagerness to earn additional income through overtime opportunities.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- 2 verifiable employment references.
