Position: Collections Specialist
Compensation: $19.00 per hour
Location: Tempe, AZ | Work From Home available after 2 months of training
Schedule: 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM (8-hour shifts with mandatory overtime at month-end)
Experience Required: At least 2 years of collections experience must be clearly detailed on your resume.
Job Summary:
The Collections Specialist is responsible for managing and resolving delinquent auto loan accounts through a combination of automated and manual outreach efforts in a high-volume dialer-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain positive relationships with borrowers while addressing account issues.

Deliver top-tier customer interactions focused on achieving results.

Investigate, evaluate, and address reasons for payment delinquency.

Negotiate payment resolutions with borrowers.

Meet or exceed company performance and productivity standards.

Perform skip-tracing activities when necessary.

Take ownership of reducing delinquency for assigned accounts.
Preferred Candidate Profile:

Required: Minimum of 2 years of collections experience (must be clearly indicated on your resume).

Motivated to exceed goals and targets.

Enthusiastic about earning additional income through overtime opportunities.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
