Job Title: Collections Specialist
Pay: $19.00/hour
Location: Tempe, AZ | Work From Home (WFH) after 2 months of training
Schedule: 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM (8-hour shifts with mandatory OT at the end of the month)
Job Description:
As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for recovering delinquent auto loan accounts through a combination of dialer-driven and manual collection efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with borrowers to identify, evaluate, and resolve delinquency issues
- Maintain strong customer relationships while effectively addressing payment concerns
- Negotiate payment resolutions while adhering to company policies
- Achieve and exceed company performance and productivity standards
- Perform skip tracing when necessary to locate borrowers
- Take accountability for reducing delinquency on assigned accounts
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of Collections experience (required & must be clearly demonstrated on resume)
- A goal-driven attitude with a passion for exceeding targets
- Enthusiasm for earning extra income with available overtime
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a criminal background check & drug screening
- Two verifiable employment references
