Job Title : Contact Center Specialist
Location : College Station, TX
Pay : $17.50 / hr
Schedule : Monday - Friday, flexible 7a-7pm
Job Description :
The Contact Center Specialist will be responsible for assisting patients over the phone
Scheduling / canceling patient appointments while ensuring patients are aware of COVID-19 precautions
Scheduling patients for electronic video appointments
Quote pricing for different Doctors
Routing requests to doctor s offices with questions from patients
Requirements :
Must have 2 years call center experience
Must have a stable work history - no job hoppers
Healthcare experience is preferred
Excellent and written communication skills resulting in positive communication
Extreme attention to detail and the ability to prioritize activities
Experience with using healthcare web-based applications - ability to work in a paperless environment
Ability to work collaboratively with others
High school diploma or GED required
Flu Shot required for this specific role
Tobacco-free campus, nicotine included in drug screen
