CornerStone Staffing is currently recruiting for the following Temp to Hire position:
Job Title: Contact Center Specialist
Location: Round Rock, TX
Pay: $17.50/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 7:00pm (8 hour shifts)
Job Description:
The Contact Center Specialist will be responsible for assisting patients over the phone

Scheduling/canceling patient appointments while ensuring patients are aware of COVID-19 precautions

Scheduling patients for electronic video appointments

Quote pricing for different Doctors
-
Routing requests to doctor’s offices with questions from patients
Requirements:
-
Must have 1 year call center experience
-
Must have a stable work history - no job hoppers
-
Healthcare experience is preferred
-
Excellent and written communication skills resulting in positive communication

Extreme attention to detail and the ability to prioritize activities

Experience with using healthcare web-based applications - ability to work in a paperless environment

Ability to work collaboratively with others

Must have internet service with modem at home

High school diploma or GED required

COVID Vaccination is required for this specific job opportunity
