Position: Contract Negotiator
Pay Rate: $23.08/hr Unlimited Commission Potential (Top earners exceed $100K!)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Start Date: May 14th
Worksite: Onsite | Allen, TX
Type: Full-Time (36-hour workweek)
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage warm to hot leads via outbound calls to initiate and nurture relationships with decision-makers.
- Accurately identify and connect with the appropriate contact for each lead.
- Conduct effective lease negotiations with property owners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Draft and deliver detailed sales proposals to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to communicate lease terms and progress.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all interactions and status updates in CRM and tracking systems.
Ideal Candidate:
- 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, particularly in commission-based roles.
- Previous exposure to high-volume call center environments or public-facing customer service positions.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus).
- Industry experience in real estate, mortgage, or insurance highly preferred.
