We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. This role requires a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency, as you will be handling large volumes of data entry and email correspondence. While phone communication is minimal, strong written communication skills are essential. The ability to create a seamless customer experience through accurate data management and interaction with internal teams is key to success in this position.
Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (100% onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
- Heavy data entry with a focus on accuracy (including handling large purchase orders, such as a recent $1.9 million PO)
- Extensive email correspondence to ensure smooth transactions and clear communication
- Interact with all departments to facilitate order processing and customer satisfaction
- Maintain and update records in Microsoft Dynamics (formerly Great Plains), Excel spreadsheets, and Outlook
- Assist in ensuring a positive customer experience that encourages repeat business
- Follow structured training processes, including weekly shadowing with the Chief to understand company operations
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail – accuracy is critical
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced but low-pressure environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Dynamics preferred
- Alpha-numeric data entry experience 8K preferred
