Job: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Lewisville, TX (fully on-site)
Pay: $15 - $17/hour (based on industry experience) *Quarterly Bonus Opportunities*
Training Hours: Mon - Fri | 8:00am - 5:00pm (2-3 weeks)
Work Schedule: Mon - Fri | Assigned a schedule between 7:30am - 5:30pm (after training)
What You’ll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly and professional service
- Schedule appointments and guide customers to the right solutions
- Multi-task in a fast-paced environment while ensuring smooth customer interactions
- Ensure every customer feels valued and taken care of
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales-minded customer service approach
- Career-driven mindset - several internal advancement opportunities available!
- Strong communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to type 35 WPM
- Upbeat, positive, and outgoing personality
- Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new systems
- Previous experience in plumbing/HVAC preferred
- High School Diploma or higher
