Job Title:
Customer Service Agents- Call Center- Temporary To Hire

We are looking for individuals with a great work ethic and experience in fast-paced environments to handle customer service efforts, collect delinquent accounts, and communicate with collections supervisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect delinquent accounts promptly and professionally, following standardized procedures
- Meet performance expectations for collection efforts, including call quotas, contact percentage, and promises kept
- Document all collection efforts accurately and professionally in the collection system
- Communicate regularly with collections supervisor, and ensure thorough work on delinquent accounts according to standardized procedures
Requirements:
- 3 years of Customer Service experience - REQUIRED
- ~6 months- 1 year of Call Center experience REQUIRED
- ~ Good communication, decision-making, and time management skills are essential
- ~ Proficiency in Microsoft applications and ability to work in a team environment
