Job Title : Customer Service / Collections Representative
Pay : $15.00 (Increases to $22 once hired on permanently!)
Monthly Training Classes with continuous opportunities to grow within the company
Location : Onsite role in Winterville, NC
Schedules :
Shifts : Between 7 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Days Off : Two days off each week
Weekends : Availability needed for up to 2 Saturdays a month and 1 Sunday per quarter
Overtime : Mandatory overtime at the end of every month.
Example Schedule : (Will have two days off each week)
Monday - Friday : 8 : 00 a.m.-5 : 00 p.m. (2 shifts) and 12 : 00 p.m.- 9 : 00 p.m.(2 shifts)
Saturday : 8 : 00 a.m. - 2 : 00 p.m. (Up to 2 Saturdays a month)
Sunday : 2 : 00 p.m. - 8 : 00 p.m. (one Sunday shift per quarter)

Job Description : As a Customer Service Collections representative you will play a crucial role in managing delinquent automotive accounts in a timely, orderly, and professional manner while following all standardized collection procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Meet performance expectations for collection efforts for assigned accounts based upon individual goals and objectives, e.g. minimum calls per day, contact percentage, promises / calls ratio and promises kept
Place or receive calls in priority order as established by management
Negotiate payment arrangements with clients to cure delinquency, evaluating ability and willingness to pay
Navigate and interpret various screens and relay information to clients accurately and professionally
Determine the cause of delinquency and the best course of action to assist the delinquent customer
Document all collection efforts for each assigned account in accordance with established procedures.
REQUIREMENTS :
REQUIRED 1 years of recent call center experience
REQUIRED : Good Job Stability
Professional communications skills, written and verbal; active listening skills for problem identification and solution.
Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Self-motivated and strong initiative to succeed
