Job Title : Digital Prepress / CTP Digital Print Operator
Location : Carrollton, TX
Schedule : Monday – Friday | 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM (Flexible : 7 : 30 AM – 4 : 00 PM)
Pay : $22-23 / hr
Job Details :
In this role, you’ll prepare digital files for print, ensuring high-quality production while maintaining brand integrity. You’ll work closely with internal teams to manage print projects, troubleshoot files, and oversee prepress workflows. Your day-to-day tasks will include :
Pre-flighting and adjusting art files for best print results
Sending print-ready files to digital and wide-format printers
Managing color quality and troubleshooting print issues
Maintaining software, hardware, and inventory for prepress production
Tracking, filing, and archiving job data for easy retrieval
Collaborating with various departments to ensure project success
Staying up to date with industry trends and providing workflow improvements

Job Requirements :
Skills & Experience :
5 years of experience in digital prepress and / or commercial print prepress
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Acrobat, Pitstop), RIP Software, Equios, and MS Office
Strong color management knowledge, including ICC color profiling
Ability to troubleshoot print files, software, and hardware
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
Ability to work under tight deadlines and shifting priorities
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
