Job Description:
CornerStone Staffing is currently seeking an Escrow Payments Coordinator to join a leading company in the insurance sector.
In this role, you will be responsible for accurately managing escrow premium payments, generating financial reports, and ensuring timely borrower notifications. You will analyze insurance premium data, collaborate with internal teams and clients, and help maintain compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Review and assess escrow premium reports to ensure accurate and timely insurance payment processing
- Audit and process Collateral Protection Insurance reports, notices, and certificates to minimize risk
- Effectively communicate with clients, internal teams, and field representatives regarding daily operations and service execution
- Identify and report inconsistencies or opportunities for process improvements in loan and insurance data management
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in escrow, mortgage, or financial services
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
