Job Title: Escrow Support Processor
Pay: $25.45/hourly
Schedule: Monday - Friday: Business Hours
Location: Jacksonville, FL (Onsite)
Job Description:
- Provides centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation or closing of escrows, relieving branches of high volume paperwork.
- Communicates information and instructions to escrow branches, but not to customers.
- Provide a wide range of support within a functional area; Follow functional area's processes and procedures in daily activities.
- Troubleshoot as needed and recommend suggestions for continuous improvements to overall operations.
Ideal Candidate:
- 1-2 years of escrow processing experience required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and title/escrow related software
- Proficient PC skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
On-boarding Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Criminal Background & Drug Screening
- 2 verifiable employment references
