Pay:$18.00 - $20.00/ BOE
Location: Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Hybrid)

Job Description:
The Exceptions team operates as a specialized unit within the Collections Department, focusing on managing Insurance Claims, SCRA, and Deceased Accounts. Tasks are received via phone, case management systems, email, paper mail, or reports. This position requires strong attention to detail, effective time management, and clear communication with various stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and vendors. Key responsibilities include:

Managing calls with customers, insurance agents, and dealers regarding insurance claims, SCRA, and deceased customer accounts.

Researching and providing accurate account details via phone and email.

Tracking insurance total loss filings from initial notification to resolution.

Documenting relevant information related to total loss filings within portfolio and collection systems.

Coordinating account updates and status changes with vendors.

Supporting customers and vendor partners throughout the total loss process via phone and email.

Verifying estate documents during the deceased account process and monitoring DNP-eligible accounts.

Reviewing and processing SCRA protection and modification requests.

Monitoring manufacturer buyback accounts to ensure proper payoff fund processing.

Endorsing vehicle repair checks.

Ensuring compliance with federal/state laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:

Inbound/outbound call center experience with auto insurance background

Ability to identify SCRA (preferred)

Administrative skills (working tasks)

Critical thinking (making sense of activities on accounts)

Attention to detail and Typing Testing

Ability to multi-task (navigating multiple systems while on phone calls)
