Finance Manager Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 2 years as a Finance Manager in an automotive dealership.
- Strong closing skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and listening skills to address customer concerns professionally, both in-person and over the phone.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure compliance and disclosure during vehicle deliveries.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with finance sources.
- Present service contracts, GAP coverage, and additional financial products to customers.
- Ensure ethical and legal financial transactions.
- Meet and exceed monthly finance and insurance (F&I) income and penetration goals.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
- Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
- Locations: Texas, Michigan, and Kansas, with openings in Waller, Orange, Bryant, Jackson, and Lansing
