Job Title : Foreclosure Customer Service Agent
Pay : $19 - $20 / hourly
Shift : Monday - Friday : Business Hours; Weekends as needed
Location : North Phoenix, AZ
Key Responsibilities :
Handle incoming calls from borrowers about defaulted mortgages.
Provide timely and effective solutions to resolve borrower issues.
Maintain a pleasant, professional voice and use proper grammar during calls.
Ideal Candidate :
Prior foreclosure experience REQUIRED .
Call center experience.
Above-average typing and computer skills.
Strong mathematical abilities.
Well-organized with excellent time management.
Team player with great communication skills.
Calm under pressure.
Excellent attendance record.
On-boarding Requirements :
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Criminal Background & Drug Screening
2 verifiable employment references
