Title : Foreclosure Sales Processor
Location : North Phoenix, AZ
Pay : $19 - $21 / hourly
Shift : Monday - Friday : Business Hours; Weekends as needed
Position Overview : The Foreclosure Processor will manage high-volume foreclosure accounts, utilizing vendor-related software daily. This self-directed role requires attention to detail, strong initiative, and the ability to adapt quickly.
Key Responsibilities :
Review accounts in foreclosure, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
Conduct audits for bid accuracy and foreclosure fee calculations
Verify documentation and property readiness for sale
Process foreclosure postponements and complete SCRA searches
Ensure timely task completion and adherence to company guidelines
Ideal Candidate :
1 year of foreclosure or mortgage servicing experience
- REQUIRED
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
60 WPM typing speed and advanced 10-key skills will be tested
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
On-boarding Requirements :
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Criminal Background & Drug Screening
2 verifiable employment references
