Now Hiring: Inside Sales Reps | Allen, TX (On-Site)
Pay: $23.08/hr UNCAPPED Commission | Full-Time (36 hrs/week)
Shifts: Monday – Friday, Flex Schedule Between 7AM – 6PM

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Connect with Warm-to-Hot Leads – These aren’t cold calls; your job is to build rapport and move fast
- Identify Key Decision-Makers – You know how to find the right contact and make a strong impression
- Negotiate Win-Win Lease Terms – You’ll be the dealmaker between landlords and stakeholders
- Create & Present Sales Proposals – Prep compelling packages that close deals
- Keep Stakeholders in the Loop – Communicate clearly and consistently with all parties
- Document Like a Pro – Track all interactions, calls, and updates in the system
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of sales experience in a commission-driven environment
- A true hunter mentality – goal-oriented and money-motivated
- Experience in call centers, customer service, or public-facing roles is a plus
- Bonus points for backgrounds in mortgage, insurance, or real estate
- Strong communication, negotiation, and tech-savvy skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
