Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Farmers Branch, TX 75234 (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 5:30pm
Compensation: $40,000 Base Bonuses Uncapped Commissions
On-Target Earnings (OTE) Year 1: $65K - $80K Average | Top Performers Earn $100K

What You’ll Be Doing
- Make outbound sales calls to warm, pre-qualified leads—no cold calling required
- Guide customers through their home service options and help them choose the best solutions
- Close deals in a single call with a quick 20-30 minute sales cycle
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets—5-8 sales per day, 75 dials, 3-4 hours of talk time
- Engage with past and existing customers to generate new sales opportunities
- Use Salesforce CRM to log interactions, manage pipeline, and track performance
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- At least 6 months of proven sales experience and a strong track record of success
- Confident, persuasive communicators who can handle objections and close deals efficiently
- Quick learners who are coachable, adaptable, and receptive to feedback
- Candidates who reside within 30 miles of 75234 and are authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
- Salesforce or other CRM experience
- Fluency in Spanish
