Job Title: Job Captain – Architecture (Multifamily)
Location: Dallas TX
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm (1 hour lunch)
Pay: 100,000 DOE
Job Description:
Job Captain Responsibilities:
- Execute assigned parts of multifamily projects with minimal oversight
- Prepare design development documents and presentation materials
- Interpret building codes, create roof plans, and perform basic calculations
- Coordinate with structural and MEP consultants
- Communicate effectively with PMs and internal teams
- Support multiple projects depending on ability and accuracy
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in multifamily architecture (wood framing required)
- Degree in Architecture, actively pursuing licensure (ARE prep or exams preferred)
- Experience with architectural software (CAD, SketchUp a plus)
- Strong tenure – must show stability in past roles
