Pay : $15-$17 / hr - Depending on Experience

Duration : Temporary with the possibility to go permanent!
Hours : Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Job Description : The Customer Relations Mail Clerk will be responsible for the processing and delivery of inbound and outbound mail within Mortgage Servicing.
Responsibilities include :
Receive incoming mail including USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.
Sort incoming mail
Identify mail to corresponding loan number in servicing system
Scans, uploads, and distributes mail through internal program directly to individuals or departments as addressed
Identifies documents received and forwards to proper departments
Separate mail and deliver to appropriate staff within Mortgage Servicing
Maintain highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
Report any issues related to mail or scanning to management
Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
1 years of Mail Room experience
Familiarity with Mortgage Servicing documents
MSP (mortgage servicing system) experience preferred
Data entry and 10 key
Customer service oriented
Strong communications skills
Filing and researching skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficient computer skills
Ability to work at a fast pace and maintain accuracy
Salary : $15 - $17
