Role : Material Handler
Location : Whitestown, Indianapolis, IN
Start Date : March 24, 2025 (3-6 month contract with potential to be hired on perm!)
Pay Rate : $20 / hour
Schedule : Monday Friday, 9 : 00 AM 5 : 30 PM (8 hours with a 30-minute unpaid break)
Overtime : Possible

Job Overview :
We are seeking a reliable Material Handler to join our DS East team. This role involves repetitive tasks and requires strong attention to detail in a warehouse setting. You will be handling cold chain totes, working primarily in an ambient environment with occasional trips into the freezer and cooler areas.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle materials up to 30 lbs.
Receive, store, and pick goods accurately and efficiently.
Prepare orders for shipment by selecting items from shelves and placing them into totes.
Verify received merchandise against shipping documents, report discrepancies and damages.
Qualifications & Skills :
Strong attendance record reliability is a must.
Ability to perform monotonous, repetitive tasks efficiently.
Work Environment :
Warehouse setting primarily ambient temperature with occasional exposure to freezer and cooler areas.
This role requires consistent attendance and reliability. Missing work can significantly impact operations.
