Job Description:
This position will be responsible for answering inbound calls from patients and insurance companies in regards to health insurance information. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish), as well as have strong computer skills, including Microsoft office.
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual (formal Spanish required)
- Medical office experience
- Professional English and Spanish
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
