Job Title: Mortgage Escrow Coordinator
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana (ON-SITE)
Pay: $16.89
Schedule: Mon- Friday 10AM-6:30PM EST
Job Description:
- Accurately verify, key, and/or memo insurance information in relation to all escrow product/coverage types
- Ability to follow up and resolve customer problems or issues
- Assess company and client needs through receipt of information, research of loan history and analyzing data. Look for telltale trends or areas of improvement
- Maintain a knowledge of escrow servicing regulations to maintain compliance with Federal, State and agency specific guidelines
Requirements/Duties:
- High School Diploma required
- 2 years of related work experience required
