Job Title : Mortgage Title Examiner (Title Curative Processor)
Location : North Phoenix, AZ
Pay : $20.00 - $22.00 / hourly
Shift : Monday - Friday : Business Hours; Weekends as needed
Purpose : The Title Curative Processor is responsible for reviewing title reports and collaborating with various departments to resolve title issues, ensuring the property can proceed through the foreclosure process
Job Responsibilities :
Review Title Reports and date down endorsements provided by Title Company.
Verify the accuracy of Affidavits of Authority and chain of title, especially regarding assignment accuracy.
Analyze Bankruptcy Cases and understand title chains.
Interpret Parcel Maps and Mortgage Documents, including loan docs and appraisals.
Utilize Excel spreadsheets and multiple client websites for communication.
Problem-solve and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Handle general office tasks (copying, filing, answering phones).
Ideal Candidate :
Mortgage Documents and Computer proficiency
- REQUIRED
Fast-paced environment adaptability, organization, multitasking, 50 wpm typing speed.
Adherence to policies, quick learning, team collaboration.
Background in Mortgage Industry, Foreclosure, Escrow, or Title.
On-boarding Requirements :
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Criminal Background & Drug Screening
2 verifiable employment references
