Position : Outbound Sales Representative

Location : Haltom City, TX (76117) - ONSITE
Pay : $18 / hr ( monthly commission when hired on perm)
Duration : Temp to Perm Opportunity
Schedule :
Must be able to work between 8a 6p, Monday Friday & rotating Saturdays, 9am-5p
Hybrid work schedule after 90 days and meeting expectations

Extensive training will be done onsite!
Job Description :
Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
Will use scrips to engage with current customers and warm leads generated through different marketing channels.
Primary responsibility will be to connect these individuals with experienced sales representatives to further explore their needs and interests
Job Duties :
Initiate outbound calls to current customers and warm leads sourced from various channels, including flyers, website traction, and marketing campaigns
Serve as the initial point of contact for customers, aiming to connect them with experiences sales representatives
Conduct thorough information gathering during conversations to understand customers interests and needs related to water filtration
Utilize scripted communication to engage customers, acknowledging their previous purchases and addressing potential future needs
Identify opportunities for product upgrades or replacements based on customer s purchase history and product lifespan
Receive comprehensive training on scripts and systems, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and procedures
Utilize CRM systems such as Salesforce to manage customer interactions, track progress, and input relevant information
Summarize conversations accurately and document key points in the notes section of the CRM system
Demonstrate technical proficiency in operating computers and performing basic functions
Requirements :
High School Diploma or GED
At least 1 year of sales experience
Self-motivated Attitude
Results-oriented mindset
Salesforce (Preferred)
