Pharmacy Technician - Jeffersonville, IN

We are looking for 16 Pharmacy Technicians to support pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications. This role is fast-paced and customer-focused, ensuring medications are handled safely and accurately. If you are registered as a Pharm Tech in the state in Indiana, apply today!

 Location: Jeffersonville, IN 47130

 Schedule: 100% Onsite

1st Shift: Pay - $18.95/hour

Monday 9:00am-7:30pm

Tuesday - Friday 10am-7:30pm

Saturday 12:00pm-8:30pm

2nd shift: Pay - $19.70/hour

Monday 1pm-11:30pm

Tuesday - Friday 2pm-11pm

 Every 3rd Saturday 12pm-8:30pm

First day on assignment start time is 2pm regardless of shift.

Responsibilities:

Medication Dispensing:

• Prepare, label, and package prescription medications.
• Measure and count medications as per prescription orders.
• Replenish medication stock in automated systems.
• Ensure proper labeling and usage instructions.
• Keep the dispensing area clean and organized.

Inventory Management:

• Rotate stock regularly to prevent expired medications.

Compliance & Safety:

• Follow all pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Maintain patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance).
• Assist with record-keeping and documentation.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Indiana Pharmacy Technician or Trainee License (Required)
• Live within 30 miles of Jeffersonville, IN
• 1 year of pharmacy experience preferred
• Able to lift 20-30 lbs. and carry 15 lbs. for extended periods
• Must be able to stand and walk throughout the shift
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills required
