Job Title: Processing Specialist
Pay: $16.50 /hourly
Location: Mesa, AZ
Essential Responsibilities:
- Sort, research, and process various notices (court, warrants, bankruptcies, returned checks, etc.)
- Research tolls & violations within iFACS for clients (TollKeeper, PlatePass, Viologics) to resolve issues (payment, disputes, liability changes, refunds, etc.)
- Review and audit processes, providing feedback to agents in a professional manner
- Maintain documentation and process tracking
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external clients
- Assist with special projects from leadership as needed
Ideal Candidate:
- Job stability demonstrated on resume - REQUIRED
- Previous office experience (administrative duties, data entry, auditing, quality control, etc.) - HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Strong PC skills (Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with office equipment (computers, copiers, scanners, mail machines)
- Ability to navigate internet-based systems
- Excellent attention to detail and quality
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to escalate issues when necessary
