Job Title : Vendor Onboarding Coordinator (3 to 5 Month Project)
Location : North Dallas
Pay : $25.00 / hr.
Schedule : 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm Monday - Friday
Job Description :
Organizing sensitive data from outlook to a SmartSheet
Adding documents with sensitive data to SmartSheet for another team to export and upload in SAP
Tracking statuses of incoming documents and ensuring we capture all of it by the deadline
Ensuring accuracy of those documents coming in
Communicating with dealers, distributors and Interstate Account Managers to get all data needed to set up these vendors
Organizing Change requests in SAP through our master data governance team to ensure proper set ups of each dealer / vendor.
A good knowledge and understanding of W9 requirements
Requirements :
3 years experience in admin role with some accounting exposure
Must have strong Excell / SmartSheet / Goole Docs experience
Must have SAP software experience
Great attention to detail
Must have ability to commit for the duration of the project
Great employment references
