Job Title : Accounts Reconciliations Specialist
Location : Irving, TX Hybrid (Mostly remote with the option to go onsite if preferred)
Candidates must have a personal laptop or desktop; computer equipment will not be provided by the client.
Pay : $21 / hr. and up, depending on experience
Schedule : Flexible within the hours of 7 AM - 6 PM, Monday through Friday
Job Description :
As an AR Specialist , you will play a key role in researching and applying aged unapplied cash, auditing payment processes, and supporting AR ledger cleanup for a client s $3.
8M project. This position is vital for ensuring accurate and efficient AR processes.
Primary Job Responsibilities :
Research and apply unapplied cash to customer invoices
Reconcile consumer payments and escalate to collections as necessary
Audit process adherence and documentation for smooth B2B collections
Identify process gaps and work with teams to improve compliance
Assist with AR ledger cleanup and support ad hoc projects
Work independently to meet all deadlines and collaborate with team members as needed

Minimum Qualifications / Requirements :
REQUIRED : 5 years of AR experience, including reconciliations and payment research
REQUIRED : Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and IF statements
REQUIRED : Must have own PC and monitors for remote work
NetSuite experience preferred
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Flexible schedule to accommodate business needs
