We are seeking a driven and sharp-minded sales enthusiast to join our team as an Outbound Sales Representative. This is an amazing temp to hire opportunity to work with one of the leading manufacturers of performance home and commercial water filtration products.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for connecting customers with experienced sales representatives to further explore their needs and interests. You will initiate outbound calls to current customers and warm leads sourced from various channels, including flyers, website traction, and marketing campaigns.
Your primary responsibility will be to utilize scripted communication to engage customers, acknowledge their previous purchases, and address potential future needs. You will also identify opportunities for product upgrades or replacements based on customer's purchase history and product lifespan.
To succeed in this role, you must be self-motivated, results-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Salesforce experience is preferred but not required.
