Position: Sales Specialist
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Compensation: $40,000 Base Bonuses Uncapped Commission
Year 1 On-Target Earnings: $65K–$80K (Top performers earn $100K )
About the Company: Company helps customers set up home services by working exclusively with warm, pre-qualified leads, we make the process fast and easy—no cold calling involved.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Make outbound calls to warm leads—these customers are already interested
- Help customers compare and choose the best home service options
- Close deals quickly—sales cycle is just 20–30 minutes
- Hit daily targets: 5–8 sales per day, 75 dials, 3–4 hours of talk time
- Re-engage past and existing customers to uncover new opportunities
- Use Salesforce CRM to track performance and manage your pipeline
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- 6 months of sales experience with a proven ability to close
- Strong communicators who can handle objections and drive urgency
- Quick learners who are coachable and open to feedback
- Candidates who live within 30 miles of 75234 and are authorized to work in the U.S.
