Job Title : Saw Operator / Production Worker / Assembler
Pay : $17 to $18 per hour( BOE)
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 6 : 00am - 2 : 30pm or 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM
Description : Saw Operator will be responsible for working within the manufacturing facility, operating a kanban machine to cut parts to assist in the manufacturing process of window shades.
Key Responsibilities :
Carryout assigned duties in line with the company s Operational Procedures.
Ensure products are being manufactured to a high standard and quality is constantly maintained.
Work as a member of the wider production team to ensure efficiency, quality and on time dispatch targets are being met.
Maintain a clean and tidy workstation and / or area.
The ability to read and understand Standard Work Instructions in the form of text and pictures.
Operate any machinery / power tools in a safe and responsible manner.
Carryout basic quality checks.
Report equipment faults to your designated supervisor.
Report for work on time and work to the very best of your ability when on site.
Ability to lift materials of approx. 50lb and load onto Kanban repetitively.
The ability to read measurements and use tape measure.
Responsible for ensuring work area has completed inventory management of all products.
Requirements :
Previous manufacturing production experience
