- On-site Role
Flexible between 8am -5pm | Monday - Friday
Pay : $18.00 - $20.00 / hr BOE
Primary responsibility will include one or more of the following processes to support the Auto Financial Services portfolio :
Managing incoming and outgoing department mail, filling for and / or perfecting titles
Completing State-to-State title transfers and / or Lease to Retail title transfers
In addition, the person may be responsible for completing title corrections
Follow-up for title deficiencies and manage title vendor exceptions reports while providing support to internal and external customers via phone (inbound or outbound calls) or email to resolve title exceptions
Requirements / Skills
Must have minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Previous titles experience preferred
Commercial vehicle experience preferred
Versatile (able to work several processes)
Think in the grey
Organizational skills
Attention to detail
Independent thinker
Ability to research
