Pay Rate : $17.50 per hour

Job Overview :
Under general supervision of the Operations Manager or other supervisory / management-level personnel, the Warehouse Team Member is responsible for executing various warehouse operations, including picking, packing, checking, shipping, stocking, and receiving inventory. This role ensures the timely and accurate processing of customer orders while maintaining operational efficiency and compliance with safety regulations.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities :
Utilize Radio Frequency (RF) devices or pick tickets to accurately pick orders.
Verify product details (unit, size, quantity) to ensure order accuracy.
Perform quality checks (QC) and pack customer orders efficiently.
Meet shipping deadlines and productivity goals.
Receive, inspect, and reconcile incoming shipments.
Stock and rotate inventory accurately to maintain proper flow.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies and safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
Replenish supplies as necessary.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of one (1) year of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
Required Skills & Abilities :
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
Comfortable lifting up to 35 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
Good hand-eye coordination and number recognition skills.
Basic computer proficiency is a plus.
Ability to work overtime when necessary.
Sense of urgency to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.
Work Environment :
Warehouse setting with moderate to high noise levels.
Frequent physical activity, including bending, kneeling, lifting, and reaching.
Standing / walking required for most of the shift.
Ability to handle stressful situations in a fast-paced environment.
