We are seeking an Business Systems Analyst (ERP) to play a pivotal role in enabling data-driven decision-making through the Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) platform. Key Contributions
- Lead data migration efforts, ensuring accuracy and compliance during transitions from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion or similar ERP environments.
- Analyze and validate transactional data , using reconciliation techniques to ensure integrity across modules.
- Develop and deliver summarized management reports to guide strategic decisions.
- Partner with stakeholders across Finance, HCM / Payroll, and Supply Chain to align data with organizational goals.
- Interpret and transform data to meet business needs, leveraging advanced reporting and data visualization tools .
- Ensure compliance with data privacy standards and organizational best practices during all phases of data migration and reporting.
- Support troubleshooting and testing of data workflows and ETL processes, refining processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
