As the Creative Content & Data Services Manager, you will lead a high-performing group of long-form writers and data experts responsible for delivering strategic narratives that influence global audiences.
Your team’s work spans long-form articles, video scripts, investor presentations, and other content distributed across global platforms, from executive briefings to digital channels. You’ll manage content development and delivery with precision—ensuring consistent brand voice, market accuracy, and alignment with executive priorities.
This is more than a content manager role. It’s a leadership seat with visibility into firm-wide communications strategy and a voice in how we educate, inform, and engage key stakeholders.

The Role: What You’ll Lead and Drive
- Manage the end-to-end development of strategic content including long-form thought leadership, data narratives, video scripts, and investor-facing deliverables
- Lead project cycles, from ideation and prioritization through deadlines and stakeholder delivery
- Facilitate workshops and 1:1 coaching for a team of tenured writers and data professionals focused on market insights, financial literacy, and data visualization
- Act as the team’s communications liaison to firm leadership and cross-functional partners in marketing, research, and executive strategy
- Shape and reinforce consistent firm voice and brand positioning across multiple content channels
- Oversee operational quality, error resolution, and internal reviews on all major creative outputs
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5 years of leadership experience in content development, writing, or financial communications
- Proven experience developing content in the investment, fintech, or capital markets space
- Familiar with tools like FactSet, Macrobond, and data visualization frameworks for financial storytelling
- Confident communicator able to interface with senior leadership and cross-functional partners
- Experience hosting client events, presentations, or being a subject-matter resource in financial services
- Comfortable leading teams through editorial standards, workflow optimization, and performance coaching
