Associate Operations Technician
Type: Contract | Location: Mesa, AZ | Work Setting: Hybrid | Compensation: $20-$24/hour
The Associate Operations Technician provides remote troubleshooting and monitoring for roadside enforcement devices across the U.S. and Canada. This role ensures system uptime, analyzes performance, and supports technical issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Remotely troubleshoot and monitor enforcement devices.
- Maintain system performance and compliance with SLAs.
- Document and update records accurately.
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve issues.
- Review images and videos for quality assurance.
- Manage tickets, follow-ups, and special projects.
- Work rotating shifts in a 24/7 environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED 1 year of operations or troubleshooting experience (or equivalent).
- Preferred: Associate’s degree in IT or related field.
- Preferred: Experience in computing, networking, and system troubleshooting.
- Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Visio.
