The ideal candidate has a background in healthcare operations , technology-driven project management , and facility openings . Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Execution & Leadership
- Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to closeout
- Define project vision, success criteria, and roadmap with stakeholders
- Lead workflow redesigns and process improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience
- Ensure projects meet milestones, quality, and compliance standards
- Proactively identify risks and drive structured decision-making
