About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Trainer to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for Intelligrants users. This role requires an individual with strong instructional design skills and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop training materials (manuals, guides, and presentations) for Intelligrants users.
- Conduct engaging virtual training sessions to ensure users can navigate and utilize Intelligrants efficiently.
- Provide ongoing support to users, answering questions and troubleshooting issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and improve content based on user feedback.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in Intelligrants software training (or similar grant management platform).
- Strong presentation, communication, and instructional design skills.
- Ability to create clear, user-friendly training materials and documentation.
- Experience delivering remote training sessions using various virtual platforms.
