Cornerstone Title Groupe LLC is a full service real estate title insurance company. The Company works closely with realtors, lenders and attorneys, while providing accurate and professional title and escrow services.
Position Summary :
Answers calls from customers, general phone inquiries, and directs phone calls to appropriate individuals. Greets walk in visitors pleasantly and professionally.
Responsibilities :
- Enter new order data for title orders
- Responds to phone calls promptly and professionally, and will transfer as necessary
- Maintain the reception area and office supplies
- Present a professional and friendly appearance and image, while greeting customers
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements : * High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited high learning institution required
- Minimum of 1 year clerical experience required
- Valid driver's license required
- Proficient computer skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present professional appearance and demeanor
- Must possess clerical skills and ability to multi-task
- Real estate or banking experience is preferred, but not required
