Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Building Maintenance professional to join our team. As a Building Maintenance, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating repairs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building maintenance, possess excellent leadership and supervisory skills, and have a solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct regular inspections of the building to identify maintenance needs
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and tenants
- Coordinate with external contractors for larger repairs or installations
- Fabricate or repair equipment as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Supervise and train junior maintenance staff
