We're searching for a highly experienced and dedicated artisan to build beautiful and functional structures, from elegant retaining walls and inviting patios to stunning walkways and eye-catching decorative features. Imagine shaping raw stone and block into masterpieces that will last for generations!
What You'll Do:
- Transform blueprints into reality, laying out and constructing diverse masonry projects.
- Masterfully cut, shape, and fit stone and block, achieving precise specifications.
- Become a mortar maestro, mixing and applying the perfect blend for lasting strength.
- Ensure proper drainage and leveling, creating structures built to stand the test of time.
- Put the finishing touches on your creations, exceeding aesthetic expectations.
- Maintain a pristine and organized worksite, showcasing your professionalism.
- Collaborate with the team, assisting with material handling.
Where You'll Work: Choose your base! We have opportunities in either beautiful Dade City or vibrant Valrico.
Your Schedule: Join us full-time, Monday-Friday, starting at 6:30 AM. Occasional weekend work may be required.

What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience as a Block and Stone Mason (minimum 5 years preferred)
- Expertise in masonry techniques and best practices
- Proficiency with hand and power tools (trowels, chisels, grinders, saws, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Excellent physical strength and stamina
- A strong work ethic and safety-first mindset
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
- Bilingual skills are a plus!
