Landscape Laborer - Cornerstone Solutions Group (Dade City, FL)

Join our growing team at Cornerstone Solutions Group!  We're seeking hardworking and reliable Landscape Laborers with valid driver's licenses to contribute to beautiful landscapes in the Tampa Bay area.  If you enjoy working outdoors, have a strong work ethic, and are a team player, we encourage you to apply!

What You'll Do:

• Perform landscape installation tasks, including installing trees, planting, mulching, and other related activities.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (training provided).
• Work collaboratively with a team to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Follow instructions and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
• Drive and maneuver trucks and trailers (required).

What You'll Need:

• Valid and clean driver's license (required).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently, and occasionally over 100 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the workday.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic (required).
• Teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with others (required).

Bonus Points:

• Experience in landscape installation.
• Ability to read and understand landscape and plot plans.
• Knowledge of plant and tree species.
• Basic English and Spanish communication skills.
