We're Growing! Cornerstone Solutions Group is seeking experienced and enthusiastic Bilingual Landscape Laborers with valid driver's licenses to join our expanding commercial landscape team in the Tampa Bay Area.

What You'll Do:
- Install and maintain high-quality landscaping features on new construction homes.
- Work closely with our team to bring stunning landscape designs to life.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment.
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Assist in the planting and care of trees, shrubs, and flowers.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
What You'll Need:
- Bilingual Skills: Basic English and Spanish communication skills preferred.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs. frequently, and occasionally more than 100 lbs.).
- Valid Driver's License: Clean driving record required.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills.
- Experience: Landscaping installation experience preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of plant and tree species is a plus, but not required.
- Driver's License: Ability to drive and maneuver trucks/trailers is essential.
