CornerStone Technology Talent Services (TTS) is looking for a Specialist, Oracle Security to join our IT Security team. This role is ideal for a security expert with experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Security across ERP, SCM, HCM, and EPM. If you have a strong background in user provisioning, role design, security configurations, and system integrity, we want to hear from you. ResponsibilitiesAdminister and oversee user provisioning in Oracle FIN, SCM, HCM, and EPM environments.Design and modify functional and technical security roles to align with business needs.Configure security profiles, user groups, and auto-provisioning rules to ensure appropriate access controls.Provide support for both production and development environments, ensuring compliance with security best practices.Lead analysis and testing efforts related to quarterly system updates.Partner with the OCI team to design and implement security roles for IDCS / PaaS applications.Leverage Oracle page composer to modify UI security settings and enhance user access control. Qualifications Expertise in Oracle Fusion Security, with deep knowledge of Oracle FIN, HCM, SCM, and EPM security configurations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess security risks and develop scalable solutions.Minimum of six years of experience as a functional or technical Oracle security specialist.Technical and functional security knowledge, including industry best practices, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and translate complex security needs into business-friendly solutions.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience in full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementation projects is a plus.
