Residential Oversight Specialist (ROS) Lead, Inspire, Empower
Location: Polk/Marion County
Schedule: Full-Time | On-Call Rotation Required
Starting Salary: $70,000/year Benefits
Cornerstone Valley Inc. is looking for an experienced leader to oversee and monitor operations of a 24-Hour Residential Group Home for children withintellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD/DD). The ideal candidate has direct Group Home Management experience within IDD/DD services, DSP experience, OIS training, and expertise in implementing Positive Behavior Supports. Knowledge of OARs 411-325, as well as local and federal regulations related to 24-hour Residential Provider Agencies, is essential.

As a Residential Oversight Specialist (ROS), you will ensure exceptional care, compliance, and leadership for staff and residents while maintaining the highest standards of safety, training, and program oversight.
What Youll Do:
Lead with Purpose: Mentor and guide DSPs to create a safe, empowering, and person-centered environment.
Ensure Compliance: Oversee regulatory adherence through audits, inspections, and documentation reviews.
Promote Safety & Well-being: Implement quarterly checks, crisis response, and home sanitation protocols.
Foster Growth: Train and develop DSPs in Person-Centered Practices and Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs).
Support Community Integration: Advocate for residents independence by coordinating meaningful activities and social opportunities.
Manage Daily Operations: Oversee scheduling, budget management, medication administration, and crisis intervention.
Be the Backbone of the Team: Serve as the primary point of contact for staff, participate in the on-call rotation, and step in when needed.
What Were Looking For:
Direct Group Home Management experience within IDD/DD services.
2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
DSP experience and OIS training with expertise in implementing Positive Behavior Supports.
Knowledge of OARs 411-325, local, and federal regulations for 24-Hour Residential Provider Agencies.
Passion for advocacy, empowerment, and person-centered care.
Strong problem-solving and crisis-management skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
Valid drivers license, CPR/First Aid certification, and ability to pass a background check.
