Cornerstone VNA is seeking a passionate and dynamic LPN to join our team in the greater seacoast area.
This is a per diem position of approximately 8-10 hours per week

This position is responsible for overseeing and performing community health clinics including flu vaccine and foot care clinics. This position will also assist with our Life Care department supervisory visits and admissions. This role will require working in various locations and direct interaction with community members to ensure health needs are met. Community Clinic Nurse
- Aids the Community Wellness Nurse with vaccination clinics, & foot care clinics within the community, including senior centers and employers.
- Performs admission visits as needed
- Performs supervisory visits as needed
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
- Current State of New Hampshire or Compact State licensure/registration as an LPN
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
