Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role as a South King County Housing Outreach Case Manager at Cornerstone Youth Collective. The Case Manager will be responsible for providing housing outreach services, developing case plans, conducting home visits, coordinating services with community partners, and advocating for clients. This role is located in Snohomish, WA with the flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Case Management, Social Work, and Community Outreach skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working with diverse populations and marginalized communities
- Knowledge of housing resources and support services in South King County
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related field
- Understanding of trauma-informed care and harm reduction principles
