What You'll Do
- Process accounts payable transactions, vendor invoices, and payments.
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
- Assist in financial reporting, reconciliations, and tax filings.
- Maintain billing systems to ensure accuracy in customer invoicing.
- Support sales tax compliance by preparing and submitting filings.
- Conduct financial analysis, research, and assist with special projects.
- Identify process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and accuracy.
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's preferred).
- 2-5 years of accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and in a team.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
