Description

POSITION : Administrative Assistant

DEPARTMENT : "Administration" (Ozanam Campus, Gillis Campus)

Starting Salary : $16 - $18 (Hourly)

Starting salary depends on education and experience)

RESPONSIBILITIES : This position will be responsible for answering the phone, directing phone calls, screening clients through a secured door in a professional manner. Responsible for lobby, front desk, and other assigned areas to welcome and assist visitors, clients, volunteers, etc. Maintain a professional and positive disposition in the office. Executes in a timely manner all administrative and clerical tasks assigned. Track / Manage / Order Inventories, Run Reports, manage storage areas. Manage receipt & distribution of mail, calendar bookings, new team member badges, desk tags, birthdays, anniversaries, and other team member relations related tasks as assigned. Track client belongings, assisting case managers in distribution of client belongings. Other administrative tasks as assigned by Manager of Environment of Care.

QUALIFICATIONS : This position requires a High School Diploma or GED, and 1 to 3 years of experience in an office setting. Must be at least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical and drug screening. This position also requires a valid driver's license, proof of current vehicle insurance and reliable transportation.
