POSITION: Maintenance Specialist

DEPARTMENT: Facilities (Gillis Campus)

Starting Salary: $21.00 - $25.00 Per Hour

(Starting salary depends on education and experience)

RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain high standards of maintenance for all facilities, offices, common areas, and residential areas in accordance with the policies and procedures. Works under the supervision of Director of Environment of Care to maintain high standards of landscaping and pool maintenance for Gillis facilities in accordance with the policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1 to 3 years of experience. Must be at least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical and drug screening.  This position also requires a valid driver’s license and proof of current vehicle insurance.
